The Scientific-Practical Journal "Justice of Belarus" is the official journal of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus. The first issue was published in May 1998.

The journal is included in the republican catalog of subscription publications and in the List of Scientific Publications of the Republic of Belarus for publication of the results of dissertation research, approved by Order of the Higher Attestation Commission.

Legal practitioners and legal scholars appear on the pages of the publication on topical issues of improving legislation, law enforcement and the development of legal science.

The journal is oriented on specialists of the justice system and is a tool in the work of attorneys, notaries, business lawyers, lecturers and students of law schools, heads and officials of state agencies, involved in lawmaking.

The main sections of the journal: "Comment. Analysis. Opinion", "Actual Commentary", "Foreign Experience", "Enforcement", "Notary", "Registry Office", "Advocacy", "Record Management and Archival Studies".

Since April 2004 normative-legal and informational Supplement to the journal "Justice of Belarus" has been published, the main function of which is the publication of information on the liquidation of business entities, decrease of charter fund of business entities, registration (name change) of political parties, unions, associations. The Supplement also contains reference information aimed at resolving issues, that citizens most often appeal to the government bodies; texts of the most important new normative legal acts, draft normative legal acts of the Ministry of Justice are published.

Journals are distributed in the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. The frequency of the journal is 1 time per month, Supplement – 2 times a month.
