From 1990 to 1992 served in the armed forces of the Republic of Belarus.
In 1998 graduated from Grodno State University, specialty «jurisprudence».
From December 1996 to March 1999 worked as a bailiff in Grodno court of Oktyabrskiy district.
From March 1999 to November 2002 worked as chief specialist and deputy chief of the division of organizational support of the courts in the Department of Justice of Grodno executive committee.
From November 2002 to September 2010 — deputy chief of the public associations department and chief of the division of political parties and labor unions, chief of the public associations department in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus.
From 3 September 2010 to 13 December 2011 a Chairman in Republican labor arbitration.
In 1999 graduated from the magistracy of Grodno State University named after Y. Kupala., in 2005 finished postgraduate studies in Belarussian State University.
In 2012 graduated from Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Belarus, specialty «State and Local Public Administration»
- heads and organizes the activity of the Ministry of Justice, conducts state policy and makes regulations and governs the sphere of justice, coordinates the activity of other republican authorities of state and local public administration in this sphere, bears personal responsibility for the tasks and functions assigned to the Ministry;
- ensure, within his powers, the realization of constitutional rules, rights and interests of legal entities and individuals;
- eroviding the effective activity of central office of the Ministry and its system;
- control over execution of legislative acts in the sphere of justice.
