General information
The Directorate's responsibilities include conducting mandatory legal review of draft resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, coordinating draft laws of the Republic of Belarus and acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus, and ensuring mandatory legal review of regulatory legal acts of state bodies and organizations subordinate to the President of the Republic of Belarus, ministries, other republican government bodies, regional and the Minsk City Council of Deputies, regional executive committees, and the Minsk City Executive Committee, which regulate the following matters:
- civil legislation;
- banking legislation;
- insurance legislation;
- currency legislation;
- leasing legislation;
- microfinance legislation;
- investment legislation;
- foreign economic activity legislation;
- free economic zone legislation;
- tourism legislation.
